windows 10 Restore universal mouse scroll in Build 9860

Those who enjoyed the universal mouse scroll feature in the previous build (9841), where you could scroll a window's contents without having to click inside the windows first, may have been disappointed to see the feature missing in the newer build.

 

It can, however, be easily re-enabled.

 

Just go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Desktop, and look for "MouseWheelRouting".

 

Change the DWord value to 3.

 

You will have to sign out of Windows, and back in.
