Outlook Calendars Not Syncing

I have shared a calendar with my partner's Outlook account.  She uses Android for her phone.

She has added her outlook account on the phone and all works fine, however it won't show the newly shared calendar, not can she create events on it, despite her having permission to do so.

 

Is this just a limitation of Google's Android system, that it doesn't recognise shared Outlook calendars, or do we have to delete the whole account and re-add (a ball ache!)
