My Nokia Lumia 925 second mic was not working, so no Cortana or speaker mode. I send it out on Nov 3 with fully paid UPS 2 day shipping and now they are shipping it back. I should get it by the 15th. Don't know if they will fix the problem or if it will happened again. But I'm so glad that there are still companies out there that do truly good repair service.
