I bought it on sale too and its been pretty fun. You have to like the very 'Japanese' influence on the whole storyline and character personalities (I mean there is a cat girl that lives with you for goodness sake), but its been fun so far.

Is there, or is she a hallucination that he believes is real?  I can't say.

I swear this game made me high haha, damn.  Bwahaha.

Haha, weird is an understatement! That doctor guy who talks really slowly and drony, I want him next time I need a dentist, anesthetic not needed!

Crap I finished it?  Boo!  I wanted more insanity!

Well, I assume more content is coming eventually.  I can probably wait.

Unlikely.

I believe the developer used the phrase "MS sent out this game to die", and it completely bombed sales wise.

IIRC he was doing everything he could to spread the word at release, but he's one man, so you can guess how well it went.

Considering all the free comarketing DLC, Deals with Gold offer and very active FB page I really doubt that's the case.

Where? The one I found is as dead as a door knob https://www.facebook.com/D4DarkDreamsDontDie

Last post in Sept and only 70 likes.

I'm not saying it's a bad game or anything, but the first week sales are very important to any title to reap back costs. Even the hashtag campaign died off within days.

Stranger things have happened so it could make a comeback for all we know. Just my opinion it's unlikely :P

Look at the positive ratings the game has on the XB marketplace also, ranking up there with the AAA stuff.  Better than some of it.

I'd be kind of impressed if the game was dead.  Not in a good way of course, but impressed nonetheless.

I'm not saying the game is bad or anything btw, just the sales were bad. That was due to almost zero marketing, not the quality of the game.

If it goes multi-platform in future it could certainly survive. I doubt he made enough sales initially to jump into a sequel though.
