Crippling of One drive in 10 a feature not bug

Basically too many users complained about their drives being full and confusion with which is a real file and which is, a conjunction or shortcut to a cloud. Many apps had compatibility problems too. So now one drive is not in explorer if you opt to sync or is 100% copied in latest 10 build.
