wish my ThinkPad had 802.11AC   :(

Which one do you have?

Enjoying AC here especially now that i got some faster internet.... can max it out at 100Mbps on wireless :P

For the laptop, looks like a beast! --- guess it doesn't matter much for those laptops however 8 cell battery with only 47WHrs??

That's just the capacity of the battery.

My laptop has 2 x 3 cell batteries and is 47Watt Hours (WHrs) which gives me about 5-6hrs of usage.

The extended battery is a 6 cell battery (for a total of 9 cells) for a total of 87Whrs. That should give 10-12hrs of usage from what I read.

So not a big deal for your kinda laptop as battery life is not a concern there i'm sure :p

Not to rain on your parade my fellow member, but you should have just gone with a Sager/Clevo build. The new GTX 970 trumps that outdated 770. However, if your current Toshiba has a enough power for you, then that's all that matters. I just wanted to point out that there are better systems out there for the price.  :)

I think my Carbon X1 might have, but I never was around any AC networks at that time, ( I sold it)
