You need to use Samsung Kies version 3 to backup your contacts and other stuff to PC.

If you sign up/in a google account when you got the phone, then you have already contacts backup to the cloud storage since you have gmail account and log in and see if you have the contacts there.

 

If not, then use Kies or any related apps that can back up your data to your PC.
