I agree wholeheartedly, big business and money talk and that makes our reps walk the corporate way.  Comcast has been incredibly successful and as businesses throughout history have demonstrated it ain't by being nice or honest.

I've personally had bad service from comcast. some of the worst I've ever had and I've moved A  LOT!
