Chronigan
In windows 7 you could create your own toolbar in the taskbar and then hide the name of it. This wa especially usefull if you wanted to move some pinned shortcuts around. I can't seem to find this option in windows 8.1. Does anyone have any ideas? FiB3R
Create a folder somewhere that you want to use as the container for your new toolbar shortcuts. Right Click on the Taskbar > Toolbars > New Toolbar > Navigate to the folder you just created. Right click on the new Toolbar that you just created > deselect Show Text, and again for Show Title.
