mikejd1 Posted January 28, 2002 Share Posted January 28, 2002 Hey boys and girls. Ok, I downloaded myself winamp. I got myself WMP on XP. I keep setting all my audio default to WMP but yet, WINAMP seems to always take default control right after I set my default to WMP. Anyone have any ideas? zornr0t Posted January 28, 2002 Share Posted January 28, 2002 In WinAmp, go to Options/Preferences and then to Setup/File Types. Click on the Select None button and uncheck where it says Register Types on WinAmp Start. Now click close. Open WMP and click on Tools/Options. Then click on File Types and click on Select All.
