Small taskbar buttons on second monitor ONLY

Hi guys,

 

Just got another monitor. I like the traditional Win7/8 taskbar on primary monitor, standard size, but was wondering if I could persuade Windows (8.1) to show the "small taskbar button" size on the second, smaller monitor.  It doesn't seem to be possible. Anyone know of a registry edit that could allow it?

 

Also, is there a way of creating taskbar toolbars on the second monitor?

Buy Actual Multiple Monitors or DisplayFusion. Windows multi-monitor support still sucks. I would recommend AMM.
