MS Bob 11
So I got a new Android phablet and I want to buy some useful accessories for it. What are some of the very top or popular phone/phablet accessories that people buy? There are so many of them to decide what to buy. Do these docks/charging cradles allow docking/undocking the phone with a single hand?
The Evil Overlord
Make a model would help, (I'd be in a better position to find results specific to your phablet) but there are literally hundreds of Bluetooth keyboards available for nearly all the popular brands (branded and generic) some come with charging facilities and they almost always come in some sort of case so you get quite a lot of 'bang for your buck' Screen protectors, well this all depends on your choice, whether you like them and have the time to actually get one to fit without some random fibre of lint getting attracted to the static of peeling off the film on the protector Wireless Charging stations, (I use one for my sony) Any decent Bluetooth headset for when driving, or if you know how, a Bluetooth car stereo like my Pioneer FH80BT in essence, a hands free car phone. The list is endless, and not just for android
Anibal P
A case and/or a keyboard, and a game pad. Beyond that most peripherals are junk or extremely niche. Like Aheed said, a make and model will help The Evil Overlord 1 Share

DocM
An Otterbox style hybrid case (hard shell, silicone underlayer). While Otterbox is on the expensive side at $35-40, Amazon has numerous good generics under $10-15. Many have built-in kickstands. They add bulk, but protect the phone like nothing else. Mine's been over the hills, through the woods & swamps, been dropped and knocked around in my woodshop and still the phone (LG Optimus G Pro) is unmarked. goretsky 1 Share
MS Bob 11
Thanks everyone! My model is LG G Pro 2. It doesn't seem to have support for wireless charging. I think I'll buy a spare battery, Bluetooth keyboard and a headset. The Evil Overlord 1 Share
MS Bob 11
The challenge is finding a compact Bluetooth keyboard for Android+iOS+Windows that has the full IBM PC keyboard layout, no missing/sacrificed keys. Microsoft's Universal Mobile Keyboard is nice, has a rechargeable battery+cover! But even if it works technically with a PC, it's not a full keyboard if you know what I mean. DocM
Thanks everyone! My model is LG G Pro 2. It doesn't seem to have support for wireless charging. I think I'll buy a spare battery, Bluetooth keyboard and a headset. I'd look to get 2 spare batteries and a synch dock that has a charging slot for a spare battery. Example, http://www.amazon.com/Desktop-Battery-Station-Cradle-Charger/dp/B00KQAFXQK I have 3 spares for my Optimus G Pro and it's great for those long days we here you're running around and charging is troublesome or impossible (hunting, hiking, camping, fishing etc.) I carry the spares in an old iPhone 3GS belt case with a snap closure - perfect fit.
