Streaming a Playlist on Network using VLC PLayer

I am sick of this now :(
 
I can't stream.
 
I have a PC upstairs and followed this tutorial to stream some music, the IP address of that PC being 192.168.0.7.

I then continue with the tutorial on another PC but there was nothing in the network URL of VLC, so I typed in http://192.168.0.7:8080 but no playlist can be found.

 

I looked at another tutorial which said I should stream the playlist HTTP, but still no sound on the 2nd PC.

 

Can anyone help?
