Blade and Soul game Error

He guys 

i have a very meritorious error in (Blade and Soul)

when i try to log in to any server on the game this error pups out 
any way check the photos and you'll get it 
hope that any body hear can help me

Please don't "bump" a thread if there is no further information to include.

With regards to the problem, I can't read Chinese (I assume that's Chinese?) so I can't tell what the error message says. I would suggest either asking on the game's support forum or downloading a version of the game that is in English so that we can read what the error says.

Considering that specific game isn't even out yet in western markets getting an english copy will be a heck of a task.

 

Mirroring what you said though - official support forum is the only place that person will be able to get help.
