I've gotten a cross-platform (preliminary) development setup designed around Visual Studio (2015) and Windows Server 2012R2 (if I had EPT support, Windows 8 would work just as well). There IS one issue, however, graphics (specifically, OpenGL ES) implementation in Hyper-V. There are third-party shells for Oracle VirtualBox that emulate support for it; however, is the same true for Hyper-V (or other settings usable by Hyper-V, with OR without EPT) that allow support for OpenGL ES? (Naturally, if such a thing is available for developers, it should be available for users, as well.)
