Steven Posted January 29, 2002 Share Posted January 29, 2002 is too slow, windows xp will set the colors to the lowest bit rate and make them blurry, for faster access, in the options of Remote assistance, there is "Standard And High Quality" Settings, if your using CABLE to CABLE better yet sorry, Broadband to broadband it should be in Hi Color, and not smuggy, if your using something slower, xp will usually blurr the picture, this again makes for faster access.
