I have 203 days until the 20 year mark...though I'll probably ride it out longer. These last 7102 days have gone by quick! (yes I did a date calculation) Edit: Since you're highly likely going to make a career...I'm going to do the usual rant: Think about special duties (MTL, MTI, PME Instructor), get your CCAF if you haven't already and then pursue a higher degree. When you put on MSgt, think about being a CCF (I just finished being "Acting CCF" for the past 7 months and it was a great experience) or a CAA. As you know the EES is changing a lot, with TSgt's being racked and stacked and their packages meeting a board for MSgt...you must set yourself apart from your peers.
