[Req] Skype UI Modifications app

I remember back when MSN Messenger was a big deal you could download MSNMessenger Plus that would change the UI of the program to make it more user friendly. I was wondering if there was an app for Skype that could remove a lot of the bloat from the design. 

 

The area highlighted in Red below is completely useless to me and i would rather just have icons rather than text.

i saw that it still existed but it no longer shows that it can edit parts of the UI it just adds a bunch of useless features.

 

Update - Just installed it and it doesn't do anything anymore, its a horrible toolbar now.
