I am undecided on which to get. I need your wise assistance on this one.

Logitech G930. Logitech G30 or Razer - Kraken 7.1 Chroma - Which One is Best for gaming?

I've never used a Logitech surround set iirc but I'd avoid Razer.  They have fantastic audio quality but their manufacturing quality often leaves something to be desired.

I have the G930 and they are great for gaming. They're pretty good for Music and Movies I suppose. But the wireless feature on the 930 does come in handy.

logitech g430.....gotta be the most comfortable headset i have ever had. have had trittons and steelseries siberia....none of em come close. Plus logitech customer service/tech support is unreal. had a short in one of the cords and within 2 weeks had new one mailed out and didn't have to send old one back.

I have the G930 and it works really well. The wireless is great and has some impressive range. I can sit out on my patio while listening to music from the desktop, through two walls. HOWEVER, I will say that mine can be flaky at times. The wireless will sometimes cut out for a second and come back. It can be annoying if you're trying to play online with other people...  Also, when plugging in the USB adapter, Windows has this song and dance where it keeps showing up and going away from device manager for maybe 20 times before it sticks. I don't usually unplug it so it hasn't been a problem.

Both of these issues I've researched (wireless interference, etc) but I and others still have the issues.

It MAY be better since my new router but I really can't say.

Oh yeah and the bass can get a bit heavy, too heavy for the headset to handle so it sounds like a blown speaker but you can adjust it so it doesn't reach those lows.
