I guess they found it interesting enough to document. The problem is that the UFO believers will copy and paste disparate sightings together from those 130,000 pages and pass it off as evidence. They have a tendency to aggregate sightings, sounds, anecdotes, etc. this way to give the appearance of much more concrete and coherent evidence.
