Question
Cute James
Hello chaps,
I would like to make a PowerPoint presentation available to view online, while restricting access to the file itself.
I can upload the file to my OneDrive, open the presentation in PowerPoint Online, then share a link.
Everything works well, however the viewer has the ability to download the file, which I do not wish to allow.
I have tried encrypting the file with a password in PowerPoint before uploading to OneDrive, but this obviously prevents anyone from viewing the document.
Are there any good alternatives to PowerPoint Online that still retain the appearance, animations, and transitions of the original presentation, while restricting viewers from downloading the document?
Any suggestions gratefully received!
Many thanks.
