bug Main Site Issues with Touch

Back when the site was redesigned, the drop down menus in the nav bar could be opened with one tap and with a second, they could be "clicked" on to navigate to the page. Now in both Chrome (Windows 8 mode), touch is broken it will not open the drop down. This bug also appears in IE 11 but for the notification button. 

 

On top of that there is a second bug that when you are on editorials, reviews, or the trending page, which is under the FEATURES section in the nav bar, FEATURES is not highlighted but NEWS is.

 

Third, on Windows Phone Lumia 521 IE 11, the notification button under the hamburger menu does nothing.

 

Finally, and I don't know if this is a bug, but the refresh button under COMMUNITY ACTIVITY does not really spin in a full circle like it used to, then it stopped, I asked and it was fixed, then somehow it broke again. Not really anything to complain about, but I might as well throw it in here.

I have never been a fan of drop down menus on sites. For this reason.

The header nav was tweaked on Wednesday morning, maybe it broke something else IO'll be sure to forward this to our coder.
