win8.1 Assistance needed with OneDrive

I recently took several pictures and a couple of videos from my phone. They are automatically uploaded to OneDrive. I wanted to group the pictures and videos into an album and then share that album via a link to the album and post it on Facebook. The only problem is that a random image was selected to be the cover photo and I am now trying to figure out how to change that cover photo. 

 

From what I have researched, I should be able to select an image and then select manage and from there, an option to set the image as the cover photo is supposed to be there. After trial and error, I was able to set the cover photo. Now I need assistance in determining why the picture I set as the cover photo isn't updating on Facebook.
