[Knife Party]

So I've been playing this game since it came out today for 3 hours now, and the mix of Greek pottery art style, with timed combat mechanism, crafting of potions and weapons, and the design is really good!

 

I'd recommend this game to anyone who wants  good indie title for about $12 something bucks on Steam or PSN.

This is one of those games that was not on my radar at all until it was announced the other day it was going to be free with +, so I already have it downloaded, and now that the reviews are coming in, I am super excited to check it out. I love MetroidVania games as well, and apparently this game really does the genre justice. To me this is a perfect example of showcasing the fact that + is well worth it. I know a lot of people knock + as only having "indie games," but honestly that is enough for me if they are the type of caliber that this game apparently is.

 

Does this game have anything to do with the game Outland by any chance? The art style is very similar to that game, which I also really enjoyed.

The developers are Alien Trap if im not wrong, but yes the game has the same 2D art design style. and yes this is a fun indie game with gorgeous attention to detail, artwork and fighting is fun. Well worth the bucks on Steam and PSN if you ask me.
