neowin1338
Hello All, For test purposes I got access to our Office 365 admin backend. We want to connect the outlook to a companies groupwise service. I can already access it via exchange connection in my phone but I would like to connect the outlook web app or outlook to it. How can I arrange this? Can I connect it directly to exchange online? not sure what exchange online is for though. Just started looking into this today. jamieakers
Exchange Online is effectively Microsoft Exchange but hosted at Microsoft instead of using an on-premises server. What are you looking to achieve by connecting it to Groupwise (if it's even possible) - are you trying to migrate away from this legacy product to Exchange? neowin1338
Well either migrate the groupwise system over to outlook or access the groupwise system via outlook 2013 or outlook web app and somehow connect Office 365 to the exchange server that is running groupwise

I've not done this myself however there's numerous tools available to do this, even Dell have one. Then do a migration to Office 365; the number of users, size of mailboxes and WAN speed will dictate which migration path you choose. I don't think you'll get any mileage out of trying to connect GroupWise to Office 365.
