Creating video from audio + JPG

Question

I have an audio collection related to religious lectures which I want to upload on YouTube. Now I want to create video files from them and I will use a single JPG file for all of the videos as a cover which will be shown to adjust the whole length of the respective audio file.

I have tried Movie Maker, its good but thing is that the video file it saves is a bit large. The audio files are less than 10 MB in AMR format (around 45 minutes each file). So I want the video to be maximum of 50 MB without blurring the JPG. Is there any solution?

Can't you just compress the video after you create it?

If you go the compression route, go with Handbrake. It's free and very good. :)

Won't compression blur the JPG and sound quality?
