Problem with wake on lan - S5 (PC boots up after shutdown automatically)

So, I enabled PCIE wake on BIOS, disabled Windows 8.1 fast boot and enabled S5 WOL on the Intel Lan adapter.

Problem is, PC wakes up automatically, a second or two after shutting down, without sending a magic packet.

 

Intel adapter has the setting to only wake with magic packets enabled. Anyone knows what setting might be causing this?

Motherboard is Maximus VI Gene.
