Nokia's HERE maps have returned to the App Store after a number of years being unavailable to download.

 

Being a staple on Windows Phone and recently released for Android, the mapping system now supports the three leading operating systems in the mobile world.

 

The main draw is offline maps with clear navigation, but with the rise of other popular offline mapping apps, have Nokia missed their opportunity with iOS?  Only time will tell.
