Debugger error when trying to run Uplay (Windows 10 build 10041)

When I try to run Uplay, I get:

 

"A debugger has been found running in your system. Please, unload it from memory and restart your program."

 

Any ideas?

Yeah I had this issue when Win 10 updated itself to the latest build today. Tried everything, in the end it was Windows Defender real time protection. I disabled that and Uplay behaved.

I'm getting this when i try to open rocksmith 2014, i've disabled real time protection in windows defender. Any ideas what service has the debugger?

Yes Debugger .. defender? Ok but Real Time  off does not do it. Do we need to restart? Must .. Play .. RosckSmith.

An example of an actual debugger is OllyDbg. I am guessing it is seeing the telemetry services that log usage as part of Win10 for errors and whatnot as a "debugger" Probably can't be fixed ATM. Maybe not until RTM unless the telemetry related services can be disabled.
