0x80070103 error installing updates

Im on 9926 and have been unable to see the new version of Windows 10, but recently these 2 updates appeared in my update page but I am unable to install them. All the Microsoft help for this error is for Windows 8 or earlier so is no help to me. Anyone got any ideas?

I don't see the error for installing updates on there, and Im still on 9926

Turns out the error is Windows trying to install an update that it already has, Ive tried deleting the update etc but it refuses to install.

I have the same problem. However, I believe it is due to the Intel HD Graphics driver, which I believe might not work in Windows 10, yet Microsoft is still pushing it.

I get the same error when trying to install this ELAN Driver but I get a different error when it's trying to install a realtek driver.
