Bought Xbox Live Gold subscription, now it's missing!

Hi guys, I really need help with this! I just renewed my Xbox Live Gold subscription as it has been expired for a couple of months and I was thinking of getting back into gaming. Now however, it seems the Xbox Live Gold has gone missing. I checked on my X360 and on the internet and it doesn't seem to recognise my account. Worse still, I tried to activate it again using the serial number I bought and it says it's already used up.

 

Can anyone please help me? My issue is also compounded by the fact that I'm in Malaysia but I set my Xbox to Singapore as that is the only way I can have Xbox Live access. My Xbox is not modded and all the games that I have are original so I failed to see why this is happening.

 

Would appreciate your help and comments on this!

Have you checked through xbox.com? Go there and sign in, then go to your account.

On there, there will be an option for subscriptions - going to that and mine shows Xbox Live, Xbox Music and EA Access - it may vary depending on your region. On the xbox live section, it will show you when your current subscription expires.

Hi

Make sure you are signing into your correct Microsoft Account (attached to your email address), the one you used to activate the Xbox Live Gold Card and the Xbox consoles main profile.
