Thomas the Tank Engine
Popular utilities developer Sordum has released Easy Service Optimizer 1.0, a free tool for optimizing system services on Windows XP and later. DeadEndAccount
Maybe dont use this crap unless you want to risk breaking your computer LEAVE SERVICES ALONE THEY TAKE UP NO MEMORY AND YOU GET NO PERFORMANCE GAIN FROM DISABLING I would have though most people knew already that Windows services are loaded on demand ever since Windows 7 (might have been in Windows Vista but I can't be sure) and they're invoked based on a trigger mechanism. In Windows 8 Microsoft reduced the number of services started by default as they gradually transition to such a model. It appears that once again we have people who tweak their machines then run off to the support section for the website whining their Windows is broken.
