how does it compare to CamScanner?

 

I prefer it to CamScanner.  It's easier to use and works seamlessly with OneNote without having to jump through hoops setting up additional accounts the way CamScanner does.

It works extremely well especially on Windows 8 where the functionality is built right into OneNote.
