Same for me on both my iPhone 5 and iPad Air 2. Odd how large the size is in the screenshot of the post... Perhaps the person hadn't updated their phone since iOS 7?

I'm curious about when and if a jb will be out. It seems they skipped the 8.2 update to focus on a 8.3 jb. And it was a good thing, since 8.3 was released so soon after 8.2.
