office Windows update shows Office 2010 updates while 365 is installed

Hi!

 

Some weeks ago i un-installed my copy of Office 2010 to install Office 365. Everything was ok until yesterday. Now when i run windows update some office 2010 updates are displayed including sp2 and a bunch of other security updates for Office 2010. Office 365 is still working perfectly. I wonder should i install those Office 2010 updates even tough 365 is installed?

You probably still have some Office 2010 stuff installed, even the viewers will trigger those updates.

If you have any of the non-2013 viewers, or the Office compatibility Pack installed, you will get updates for older versions of office in Windows Update.

They have a MS Fixit with Office 2010 cleaner / remove any left over stuff - http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971179

The only thing i have installed that could still be related to Office 2010 is

 

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (x64)

 

But that would be more related to Studio than Office and not sure i can un-install that.
