Unable to access advanced firewall rules in build 10061

Thought I post my finding for windows 10.

 

For some time now the windows 10 firewall for advanced firewall rules does not display when you click on Inbound rules or Outbound rules it brings up a Microsoft management console has stopped working box. A side from that when it gets fixed is I really hate how the firewall in win 7 allows programs to add its own rules in the firewall their just needs to be a option to turn that off in windows 10.

 

Setting up a VPN connection to connect to a server does not allow you to access in its settings the Networking tab and displays a

Advanced firewall rules seems fixed and VPN setting for networking tab can't open properties for IPv4.
