Build 10041 Store (beta) won't update

I know that 10061 is out now, but I restored to 8.1 and loaded 10041 instead because I was having too many issues on my SP3.

I'm going to leave it on the slow ring for now, and 10041 is still the latest for that.

I'm trying to install the Office app previews, but can't open the beta Store app (gray icon).

 

When I do, I get this screen:

 

When I click the update button, I then get this screen:

This includes checking my region/local settings, deleting the .dat files from %localappdata%\Microsoft\InstallAgent\Checkpoints\ and running the scheduled task manually, but no luck.

 

Anyone have any clues?
