People writing stuff like this make my head hurt... especially this part

Comcast has been rolling out new routers to its customers with its own service, XFINITY WiFi, on them. I know this because I was "given" such a new router, as a standard, free upgrade, over a year ago. Thus my router is secured and side-band service is offered exclusively through Comcast. This prevents those frequencies, where Comcast dominates, from being accessible to Google Fi customers. It effectively locks Google Fi out of Comcast service territories.

I think someone needs to teach this guy how wifi works and how deploying a wifi router doesn't lock out frequencies that wifi uses... I wish people would understand tech before they write articles on it...

yeah, it's people like this that make people who are not educated think this is how it works then they get all mad at Comcast for "locking their wifi out" or something stupid like that...
