How do I merge the following HTML/CSS/Image folder to single HTML file (for later PDF conversion) or

Question

Hi,

The following is an .epub file that I extracted, since it was corrupt and wouldn't open nor convert.
Basically, what I'm trying to do is to convert the following (http://i.imgur.com/n746Mwv.jpg) to a merged html file (for later .pdf conversion) or directly to .pdf. Is it possible? I found a program to merge the html files, but it wouldn't keep the CSS formatting, the HTML links, or the images. Any ideas?

Use MHTML. Open in a browser that supports it, with chrome you have to enable MHTML in about:flags, and then save (Ctrl + S) the HTML file, choosing the MHTML file type.

Not sure how to combine all the HTML files together though.
