Note: i did format my pc installed win7 64bit, installed realtek audio with nividia 352 newest drivers. i tried to solve this issue for 2 days, the game runs just fine but the sound stutters the only thing that helped is this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7_TaInQDCU but its unplayable. vcfan Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 wrong thread ? no. in the video he notes that setting cpu affinity to 1 core solves the audio issue(but game performance is reduced,obviously). when its back to more than 1 core, the problem is back. Krome Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 I see a few questionable process. But why do you have 10 tabs open on Chrome browser while playing the game? What does GameOverlayUI.exe do? I think that could be causing the problem. It's interfering with your DirectX perhaps? Maybe your McAffee a/v is silently scanning your drive. That is known to cause stuttering problem on some computers I've come across. The many Chrome tabs can sometimes causing your gaming performance issue. Two more process that I highly recommend that you would not let it run during gaming, unless it is part of the game subprocess (Jusched.exe and rundll32.exe), Java has nothing with this topic but just want to tell you Java is full of security exploit... On my computer, I don't have rundll32.exe. When it is running, there might be something fishy. I know it's a Microsoft process but it too can be running something fishy. It is again full of exploits. Besides what i mention above, I can only think of one thing that MIGHT have something to do with your gaming performance. GameOverlayUI.exe. Somehow I think it has something to do with DirectX; thus the game performance issue. Other than that GameOverlayUI I don't know what could've cause the game problem...
