Start menu Project Spartan tile

Is anyone else seeing this in their start?   The tiles are for Project Spartan.  TIA

Yeah, my alarm tile is doing that. Very annoying. Plus, I'm still seeing the tile 'artifact' as it flips, something Gabe said was "fixed". What a mess.
