Hi Guys

 

I'm having trouble installing the May 2015 update on my Surface Pro 3. The firmware is via windows update and downloads fine, it prompts to restart the Surface but then just reboots back not 8.1 without installing or giving any notifications.

 

Any ideas?

Okay downloaded the latest firmware via MS Download and installed fine.
