Trouble with the Final Fantasy XIV Realm Reborn benchmark

excuse my English

 

 

I just upgraded my PC to some new stuff

 

 

specs:

 

Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Intel® Core i7-5820K CPU

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980

x99 gigabyte gaming motherboard

Monitor Model: ASUS VG278HE

 

 

 

now the issue is when i start the new FFXIV benchmark for heavensward

 

it starts smooth then the screen goes black and the sounds goes off then i get no signal on my screen and i cant do anything,

I need to restart my pc and it goes back on i tried many times and still the same.

 

I installed every directx and .NET frame.

 

Help!!!!!

Some basic troubleshooting...

 

Check for overheating, (cpu and gpu) underpowered psu, bios, compatibility.....

my psu is about 650w 

 

and its not over heating as i check in ASUS GPU tweak 

 

the heat it doesnt go up when i start a game its like 29C

I still have not solved this issue am not sure if its the power supply

 

since mine is at 650W , Do i need to get more than that or is it another issue

From what I've researched (admittedly very quickly) the psu appears ok, so have you tried uninstalling, and reinstalling the game? Or installing it in compatibility mode?
