tompkin
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. The first screen below shows what my report looks like now. It shows that it found no compatibility problems on my system. The two screens below that show what it looked like two days ago. It says that I have a problem with video card compatibility and possible trouble with a few other things. How could this be true? My Toshiba support update program shows that my last update from them was 5/11/15. Today's Report: Report from two days ago:
Stoffel
Maybe it's because Toshiba has now released Win 10 drivers for those devices So now MS knows you will have no issues once you update because the right drivers are available

Maybe that's it. If true, that is good news for me! I'll keep an eye on the Toshiba boards. Thanks.

tompkin
I have reported this issue on the Toshiba forum. From looking at the Toshiba and Microsoft Community forums, it appears there is a common problem with the Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 4600. The Toshiba forum moderator suggested that I run the scan at least a couple of more times. When I looked at the "help" in the Windows 10 Update notification, it says that the scan is run periodically about once a month. They must be running it more frequently here at the beginning. Anyway, I don't see a way I can manually run the scan myself. If anyone knows of a way I can do this, I would appreciate it. I'm basically waiting now from an answer on the Microsoft Community forums.
tompkin
If anyone has had the same issues I have had, I have found a possible explanation to my problem. You may look at the link below for more information. I am running the compatibility report manually as I write this. The only descrepency I still see is that the Task Scheduler says that the Compatibility Appraiser is scheduled to be run every day. It says that the last time it ran was this morning (6/8/15). However, the date and time on the "Get Windows 10" compatibility report still shows it was last run on 6/3/15. Anyway, hope this helps someone. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-win_upgrade/is-my-graphics-display-or-bluetooth-device/8583e674-b5bd-4f87-ba46-8944c03a5f85?page=1&tm=1433825545578
