Onedrive Stuck Checking for Changes

Hey All

 

Any ideas on solving this--Onedrive stuck checking for changes?  has been last 3 days,   (set files to offline, backing them up to external drive now),  then gonna try resetting it one more time, and putting some of the files on there again, but not all of them I don't think.

 

 

Open still to any other suggestions or fixes.

 

 

Antivirus if matters is Avast 10.2.2218

Not to sound stupid, but did you try rt clicking on the OneDrive icon in your taskbar and selecting Sync, or View Sync Problems ?

Did that, didn't change, wasn't any sync problems, even checked the Modern App version, and it said All Files were up to date, Desktop icon in taskbar been stuck for days now
