System using large amount of memory

Ever since I started using Build 10130, I've notice that 'System' in Task Manager has been using a very large amount of memory (at the moment over 1300 MB) and is pretty much accounting for 30%~40% of the memory, which has been lagging my computer by a great deal, and I'm sitting on 8 GB...
