DTLSvc6 Service returns on reboot after being deleted in win8.1`

I have a service from a program 'DriveTheLife' was uninstalled and the service DTLSvc6 was delete using SC command but on reboot it keeps returning. I am running windows 8.1. Can anyone help please?

I tried that but don't know if windowsexeallkiller is safe to use

I didnt mention the use of windowsexeallkiller. you would be silly to use it IMO

 check your task manager and see if there is any strange services that are running and end task them.

 

also have a look in services.msc and check if the service you are asking about is still listed, if it is then end task the service and disable it from running on startup.

I did try uninstalling it but it left some parts which caused the problem. windowsexeallkiller was mentioned in the link you posted, and no I didn't use it as I don't know the program. I found the problem. I deleted the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Portrait Displays and the service was gone. now before anyone says that folder has nothing to do with drivethelife, NTLSvc6 service appeared after i installed drivethelife. and when i uninstalled it it was not removed.Now it is. Thank you all for your help in this matter.
