Start Menu broken in W10 Safe Mode?

Has anyone else found the start menu to be broken in Windows 10 safe mode? I have found on both a physical machine and a VirtualBox VM that the start menu is broken in safe mode.

I don't spend to much time in safe mode, personally. But I'll have to check it out. Specs? I ask because I just installed the latest tp just last night over the top of 8.1 pro, not in a vm, on actual hardware. And it's great....

Yes it is also broken for me in safe mode on both of my physical machines. Hopefully they get it fixed by the next build.
