Windows 10 RTM to be given to all 'Windows Insider' members for FREE!

The only piece missing in that Twitter conversation is that after you upgrade from a clean install you are stuck in the Insider program, you can't opt out of it.

If you install over an existing qualifying OS you can opt out of the Insider Program. Or am I still missing something?
