Izlude
I'm in a heated debate with someone who doesn't believe me about an Ant Squish game for Mac OS. It was probably made before 1994, but I remember seeing it at that time. I don't think it's a screen saver, it's name is "Ants of Fire" or... Fire Ants something something.... it HAD to do with squishing fire ants, and when they were all dead it would play this sound effect. Anyone know what it is? Izlude
hehe no not sim ant.. it was indeed an odd ball game, no record on google for sure unless i'm actually getting the name wrong. it had these xylophone sticks smacking the screen when you completed the stage (as it played that little jingle) edit: WAIT I FOUND IT!!!!!!!!!!! But... I have to buy it and I need an old Mac to run it -_- ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MAC-Awesome-Forces-Gaming-from-Software-Solutions-vintage-action-games-Apple-NEW-/271157186853 Indeed I was right!!!! It's called Ants A Fire! You kill ants and when it's done, the xylophone sticks clean them up and play the song!!!! How can I get it up and running? :'(

(Account no longer active)
The game seems to require a PPC system (which can be emulated using SheepShaver), however I wouldn't be surprised if it runs on a 68k Mac as well (Basilisk II). http://www.emaculation.com/doku.php is a good start for setting up one of the above. Google around to find more tutorials and (more importantly) resources (ie. ready to use disk images). Long live the Classic Mac OS!
